Responsibilities

• Lead cost forecasting and budget development while monitoring actual costs against approved budgets.
• Oversee change order processes, evaluate cost impacts, and maintain accurate estimate-to-complete data.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to identify and monitor project cost and schedule risks.
