Aegis Project Controls in Pryor, Oklahoma, is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for our data center practice. You will join a team of professionals to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and project control systems throughout the project life cycle.

The role requires 3+ years in project controls, proficiency in Primavera P6, and the ability to interpret construction documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• 1+ years in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, PM or related field; may be waived with 5+ years in vertical construction.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Ability to interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences.
• Experience developing construction schedules for data centers.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
• Familiarity with contractual clauses in planning/scheduling.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• This role is full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules.
• Review docs and specs to develop baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Review schedules and provide recommendations based on execution goals.
• Perform critical path analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct site walks for progress validation and monthly reporting packages.
• Review contractor progress for management decisions.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks for the program.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
• Identify risks and impacts within project schedules.
• Communicate project status to teams and stakeholders.
• Meet with project teams, clients, owners, and stakeholders.
