Aegis Project Controls in Stillwater, OK, is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to provide CPM scheduling and project control support for data center projects. You will work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor schedules through the project life cycle.

The role emphasizes growth within a team and requires Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency, construction document interpretation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• One+ year of project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree or five+ years in vertical construction if waived.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences.
• Experience developing schedules for data center projects.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
• Familiarity with contractual clauses in planning and scheduling.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Review documents to create baselines with dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress updates with reports and narratives.
• Analyze schedules, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct site walks and prepare monthly reporting packages.
• Present contractor progress to management for decisions.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarking for the program.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
• Identify risks and impacts within project schedules.
• Communicate status and challenges to project teams and stakeholders.
