Job summary

The Aegis Companies is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to deliver CPM scheduling and project control services for data center projects. You will collaborate with client PMs, construction teams, and stakeholders to build, manage, and monitor schedules across project lifecycles.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project controls, Primavera P6 proficiency, and experience with data centers. This is a full-time on-site role in Pryor, OK with strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• 1+ year in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, PM, or related field (waivable with 5+ years vertical construction experience).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certification preferred.
• Role requires full-time on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules.
• Review docs to create baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Conduct progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Analyze schedules to identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Perform risk assessment and schedule-impact analyses.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
