Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Owner's Representative to lead complex data center capital projects, from planning through execution and handover. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules and performance, and ensure alignment with client objectives.

You will build client relationships, support business development with industry expertise and proposals, and develop program tools that improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data center industry with MEP knowledge.
• 15+ years of progressive experience.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital projects.
• Experience in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor and SME, building client relationships and providing strategic guidance.
• Support business development through industry expertise, thought leadership, proposals and events.
• Act as Owner's Representative overseeing capital projects from planning to handover.
• Lead project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules and performance.
• Develop and implement program tools, processes and initiatives that drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and client teams for successful execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks and maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
