Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs.
• Manage project budgets and schedules; oversee payment apps.
• Interface with local building departments for permits.
• Coordinate with client, Architect, CM, and stakeholders; track meetings and minutes.
• Monitor health and safety requirements on site; enforce standards.
