HDR is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to join the Building Engineering Services team in Ohio. The role leads multi-disciplinary design teams, coordinates with clients and partners, and manages scope, schedule and budget from proposal to closeout.

The position emphasizes mentoring and delivering technically excellent solutions in the mission-critical arena. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with 7+ years of project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years related experience in project management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams from inception through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and marketing members.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new work.
