Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Manager for Data Center Engineering in New Jersey to lead multi-disciplinary design teams from conception to completion. You will drive delivery of complex datacenter and mission critical projects, while building and expanding HDR's global client base and reputation.

The role emphasizes planning, design, construction support, commissioning, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Travel to client sites or HDR offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong interaction with design teams and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams through full project lifecycle.
• Manage complex small to medium projects and large routine programs.
• Lead client relations, marketing, contracts, design and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deliverable budgets.
• Track financials and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
