Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience managing complex infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience as Owner’s‑Representative, PMC, Owner’s Engineer, or similar client‑side role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s representative for program and project execution.
• Act as the primary client interface for day‑to‑day coordination and issue resolution.
• Establish priorities and drive alignment across contractors, EPCs, OEMs, and stakeholders.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate interfaces across data center, power, and interconnection scopes.
• Provide integrated master schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, and executive reporting.
