Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the data center industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Contract negotiation skills including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms.
• Team development, mentors and coaches professionals, delegates project work, supports diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large engineering projects across all engagement phases: analyses, design, build, commissioning, operations.
• Direct project performance in scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Provide for successful staffing of the project.
• Lead small to medium multi-discipline teams.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities including third-party contributions.
