Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline or equivalent field experience (minimum 15+ years) in construction, commissioning, or execution of complex energy, power, or mission-critical infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s representative for program and project execution.
• Act as the primary client interface for day-to-day coordination and issue resolution.
• Establish priorities and drive alignment across contractors, EPCs, OEMs, and stakeholders.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate interfaces across power generation, electrical infrastructure, data center, and interconnection scopes.
• Support change management, claims avoidance, and commercial risk alignment.
• Provide integrated Master Schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, and executive reporting.
