Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead a major data hall design program in the United States. You will manage agile execution across multiple workstreams, coordinate with civil, electrical, and facilities teams, and drive critical path activities to ensure timely delivery.

You will partner with leadership to define deliverables, acceptance criteria, release plans, and capacity commitments, while maintaining governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM, program management, data center infrastructure, design engineering, construction delivery, or related technical experience.
• Advanced understanding of data center design and deployment dependencies including layouts, racks, structured cabling, patching, power and cooling.
• Proven experience leading Agile technical programs with complex cross-functional dependencies and critical delivery dates.
• Demonstrated ability to unblock technical and operational issues, drive decisions, and communicate with senior leadership and customers.
• Experience managing or mentoring TPMs, project coordinators, or cross-functional project teams.
• Strong skills in program planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, technical documentation, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile program execution across multiple data hall design workstreams including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Partner with data hall design leadership to define deliverables, acceptance criteria, release plans, and capacity commitments for layouts, BOMs, rack elevations, and cabling designs.
• Own the integrated program plan and critical path across civil, electrical, space planning, construction, parts, inventory, hardware, vendors, and security.
• Identify and elevate blockers related to facility readiness, power availability, cooling capacity, equipment lead times, inventory allocation, and vendor dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional technical reviews, design reviews, customer meetings, readiness reviews, and executive program updates.
• Manage scope changes and technical tradeoffs; assess effects on capacity, design quality, material availability, budget, schedule, and deployment dates.
• Establish governance through milestone plans, risk registers, dependency maps, decision logs, issue trackers, and success metrics.
• Ensure design teams receive timely inputs to produce accurate, buildable designs.
• Review program-level quality and readiness of engineering deliverables before release to deployment teams.
• Lead small TPM teams or project workstreams; mentor junior TPMs and establish repeatable operating mechanisms.
• Drive post-deployment reviews, root-cause analysis, and process improvements to improve throughput and quality.
