Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management III to plan and coordinate large-scale Data Center builds and retrofits, including pioneering AI implementations, from initiation to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, define requirements, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee risks across North American time zones with remote or on-site options.

Required: BA/BS and 2–5 years of PM experience in data centers or network hardware, plus strong communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from accredited college or university and 2–5 years’ PM experience; or equivalent.
• 2–5 years PM experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, preferably data centers or network hardware.
• Experience with data center lifecycles and large-scale networks.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation).
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cross-functional and technical network deployment projects.
• Partner with functional teams through initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Track program milestones, timeline, and deliverables; manage assets and materials across data centers and warehouses.
• Create and maintain project documentation (schedules, reviews, risk analysis, etc.).
• Define scope, objectives, and stakeholder alignment; drive lifecycle milestones from concept to closure; advocate change management.
• Use metrics/KPIs to measure performance and provide status updates.
• Participate in process improvements and risk management; coordinate with vendor partners.
• Lead regular core-team meetings; evaluate post-project results against metrics and implement delivery improvements.
