GXO Logistics, Inc. in The Dalles, OR is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support data center operations, ML hardware logistics, and asset management.

You will identify requirements, coordinate delivery, and ensure SLA adherence across multiple data center projects. The role emphasizes Lean process, cross-functional collaboration with Infrastructure teams, and maintaining data accuracy across core enablement systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain.
• Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/rack vertical.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity.
• Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution and SLA adherence.
• Ensure maximum efficiency in rack integration and hardware movement to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to achieve deployment goals.
• Support ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long-range goals.
