GXO Logistics, Inc. in The Dalles, OR is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for weekend 3rd shift (Fri-Mon 7:30pm-6:00am) to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean, safe work space within our data center.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to receive and inspect equipment, prepare shipments, assemble server racks, and ensure accuracy of records. Prior logistics or warehouse experience and basic Excel skills are preferred; forklift familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, perform regular stock counts, and maintain accurate records.
• Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, assist with disposal of packaging materials.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and data center security measures.
• Support and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs; assist with special projects.
• Assembly: Assist in setup and installation of server racks and cable management.
