Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Senior Programs Manager in Lincoln, NE on 1st shift to manage customer experience and growth strategy across accounts. You’ll lead growth initiatives, ensure contractual compliance, and oversee capital expenditures and asset deployments.

• 5 years of project management experience
• Proven logistics industry/supply chain management knowledge and experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of effective growth strategies
• Drive new account growth through solutions development
• Ensure contractual compliance and that customer obligations are met
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
• Manage account-driven initiatives (accounts receivable, working capital, DSO)
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are attained
• Sustain Lean culture and promote diverse, continuous-improvement processes
• Establish goals, plans and metrics and track progress
