Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator in Omaha to enhance data center performance by coordinating ML server and rack deployments, ensuring uptime, and supporting Core Enablement functions.

You’ll help develop procedures that maximize efficiency and minimize cost while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. In this role, you will provide program management support, monitor deployments against SLAs, collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams, and help

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain.
Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.
High level of organization and detail orientation.
Strong problem-solving, results-oriented and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity is met.
Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution and SLA monitoring.
Ensure efficiency in rack integration and hardware movement to meet goals.
Monitor infrastructure shipments and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to meet deployment objectives.
Support strategic initiatives and long-range goals for ML infrastructure.
Enter data into data center tools and generate reports.
Maintain documentation for Core Enablement activities.
