Job summary

Turner & Townsend in San Francisco seeks an Associate Program Manager to support pre-lease technical due diligence for a hyperscale data center client. You will help keep a portfolio of live deals organized, on track, and moving under a Program Manager's guidance.

This execution-focused role builds toward full program management, with ownership of workstreams and sites as you prove judgment to run them, while maintaining SOX controls when applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; a degree is not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions.
• Ability to bring structure to fast-moving, low-information environments.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and follow-up: Own the action item log across meetings; assign owners and chase status.
• Risk log management: Keep risk registers current and assign next steps.
• Meeting management: Build agendas and issue recaps the same day.
• Deliverable tracking: Monitor and chase input from consultants and developers.
• Deal ownership: Ramp to own full workstreams end to end as capable.
