Job summary

Supermicro is a global leader in server technologies seeking a Product Engineer to drive rack frame and PDU product initiatives. You will handle product management, pre-sale coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management from kickoff to EOL, designing and maintaining an inventory tracking app, and building automation scripts for stock control. A strong background in CS/Engineering and coding is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, or Engineering equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with server systems, rack frame and PDU is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell Script, PHP.
• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL).

Responsibilities

• Work with product manager on the product lifecycle from kickoff to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain inventory tracking application.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for inventory tracking and management.
• Rack frame and PDU products, including product management and technical pre-sale support and coordination.
