Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a data center process management expert to standardize and systematize end-to-end processes. You will collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Delivery, and Operation teams to formalize standards, organize training, and maintain the system across APAC, AMS, and EU regions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or higher in related fields and 5+ years of experience in end-to-end process management, with strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (Supply Chain/Business)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end process management principles
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Focus on standardization and systematization of Data Center end-to-end processes
• Collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Delivery and Operation teams; formalize process standards and organize training
• Organize systematization for Data Center end-to-end processes; work with Platform team on product design, implement, and maintenance of the system
• Oversee compliance assessment of new hyperscale data centers and edge sites in APAC, AMS and EU; coordinate with Legal, Data Security, Government Relations, and Tax teams
• Continuously track operational performance indicators; analyze issues and propose improvements
• International travel up to four times per year; obtain necessary visas
