Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead design development, cost modeling, and early planning for large‑scale data center and mission‑critical construction projects across the country.

You will partner with the Chief Estimator to align Pursuits, develop GMPs, and drive pricing strategy while mentoring the Preconstruction Coordinator and fostering collaboration across estimating, operations, and business development.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in preconstruction or estimating for industrial construction or mission‑critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of estimating principles and design development.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, BuildingConnected and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities with guidance from VP of Preconstruction.
• Coordinate design development, cost modeling, and early schedules.
• Support GMP development, buyout strategy, and pricing discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee workflow alignment across departments.
