Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Power Systems Project Manager with a data center focus to drive the full lifecycle of power projects across the US, including Houston. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while serving as the primary client contact for developers and investors.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to proposals and business development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience in power systems or electrical infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-load engagements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, schedules, and budgets for data center and mission-critical power engagements.
• Serve as the primary client contact for data center developers, investors, and agencies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination across substation design, protection and control, and interconnection.
• Manage subconsultants, vendors, and contract administration for assigned projects.
• Support early-stage feasibility studies and power availability assessments.
