Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Power Systems Project Manager focused on data center and mission-critical power opportunities. You will own planning, scheduling, and budgets, interfacing with clients, developers, and investors to drive successful project outcomes.

You will collaborate with substation and generation teams, manage risk, and contribute to business development while promoting Ramboll's sustainable change vision across multiple U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data center or mission-critical power projects is preferred.
• Experience with substation design, generation/interconnection, and transmission planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants.
• Proven track record contributing to proposals and business development.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, schedules, and budgets for data center power engagements.
• Serve as primary client contact for developers, investors, and agencies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination across substation, civil, generation, and interconnection disciplines.
• Manage subconsultants and contract administration for assigned projects.
• Support early-stage feasibility studies and pre-investment planning.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Lead proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations.
