Ramboll seeks a Power Systems Project Manager, Data Center Focus, to own planning, execution, and delivery for data center and mission-critical power projects. You will coordinate substation design, protection and interconnection, feasibility work, and client communications, serving investors, developers, and agencies.

With 7+ years in power systems and a related engineering degree, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor juniors, and drive specifications across the Ramboll US portfolio,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Energy, or Power Systems Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience in power systems or electrical infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience supporting data center or large-load client engagements preferred.
• PM/PE license is a plus (PMP encouraged).

Responsabilidades

• Own project plans, schedules, and budgets for data center and mission-critical power engagements.
• Serve as primary client contact for developers, investors, and agencies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination across substation, protection, and interconnection disciplines.
• Manage subconsultants, vendors, and contract administration.
• Support feasibility studies and pre-investment master planning for data centers.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Lead proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and industry standards.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and junior staff.
• Coordinate with Interconnection and Substation Engineering teams to deliver ground-truth commitments.
