Job summary

Eaton's Electrical division in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Division Sales Engineer to support pre-sales technical requests and quotations for Data Center Power Distribution products, including PDU, Reactors, RPP, and STS. This hybrid role includes relocation assistance within the US.

You will work with data center accounts, review RFQs, provide pricing, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements. Strong communication and technical knowledge are essential, along with collaboration with product

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities and working with engineers is highly valued.
• Comfort with reviewing RFQs and customer specifications to propose Eaton solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support data center key accounts and agents in the assigned territory.
• Maintain knowledge of Eaton Power Distribution equipment and related offerings.
• Review RFQs/DTRs in Bid Manager and apply pricing authority as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales volume and margin objectives.
• Collaborate with product engineers to verify design feasibility.
• Prepare submittal documentation and explain product details to customers.
• Provide technical training and mentoring for staff.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions and scope reviews.
