Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power Solutions division is seeking a Commercial Contracts and Large Bid Sales Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role combines office and remote work and includes relocation benefits within the United States only.

You will lead pre-sales large project reviews for Data Center Power Distribution and 3-Phase UPS, develop business cases, price strategies, and negotiate terms with customers and agents, coordinating with Sales, Product Line Management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations, engineering, sales, and/or marketing roles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales large project quotation reviews for 3-Phase UPS and Data Center Power Distribution.
• Create business cases and pricing strategies for large project quotations.
• Review pricing and advise on terms to cover commercial risk.
• Maintain large project quotation tool with pricing, schedules, and feedback.
• Aim for volume and margin in line with Profit Plan.
