Next Level Technician in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Point of Sale Technician to join on a contract-to-hire path. Earn $18–$22/hr with weekly pay and benefits while gaining hands-on data center experience and opportunities for long-term employment.

The role focuses on structured cabling in an active construction environment, with responsibilities spanning pulling cables, installing support systems, and ensuring proper labeling and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of commercial structured cabling or low voltage experience.
• Experience pulling CAT5e, CAT6, or similar low voltage cabling preferred.
• Comfortable working in an active new construction environment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow direction.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Pull and route CAT6 and other low voltage cabling throughout an active new construction data center.
• Install J-hooks, cable tray, and other cable support systems and pathways.
• Dress, label, and organize cabling according to project standards.
• Assist with racks, cabinets, and MDF/IDF buildouts.
• Follow cable pathways, prints, and project documentation.
• Maintain clean and professional cable management.
• Work safely from ladders and lifts as required.
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures and active construction requirements.
• Work efficiently alongside project leadership and other trades onsite.
