Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, economics or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS-Finance) is a plus; professional credentials add value.
• Proven ability to build executive-ready reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Portfolio Management with attention to asset performance and risks.
• Own monthly reporting cadence including returns, schedules, and variances.
• Coordinate post-signature commercial management and amendments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Development teams.
