Job summary

Aerotek in Conyers, GA is seeking a Pipefitter/Welder to support a large data center construction project. You will layout, assemble and install piping systems using steel and Victaulic components on site.

The role is permanent and onsite, requiring reading blueprints, installing hangers, supports and valves, and collaborating with multi-discipline teams. OSHA 10 certification is preferred and overtime is common.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in pipefitting or welding 6-inch Schedule 80 steel pipe.
• Read and interpret blueprints and piping diagrams.
• Experience with Victaulic grooved piping and bolted couplings.
• Journeyman-level pipefitting or plumbing skills preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Layout and install piping systems for data center project.
• Install hangers, supports, valves, and related components.
• Work with Victaulic piping systems and mechanical joining methods.
• Assemble and install steel piping with couplings.
• Follow project plans and installation standards.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure safe, high-quality installation.
• Weld 6-inch Schedule 80 steel pipe where required.
