Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC is seeking a Security Program Manager in Fredericksburg, VA to oversee design and installation of physical security for data centers and facilities. You will lead project lifecycles, coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and ensure code compliance across complex security deployments.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, a 40-hour work week, and occasional remote work. You will travel within a 50-mile radius to facilities and report to the customer’s Senior

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and design artifacts.
• Ability to quickly learn complex security systems.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel within 50 miles of the site.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Security Clearance: US Government Top Secret clearance (No polygraph).

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for data centers and expansions.
• Provide project lifecycle management including specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, and close-out docs.
• Manage contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Serve as SME for security design and contract oversight across customers’ teams.
• Report performance metrics on installations, vendor delivery, and program analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects and provide weekly updates.
