Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with physical security design/implementation including access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Experience with Lenel Access Control Systems.
• Familiarity with Axis cameras, Milestone VMS, Traka, and related security tech.
• PM certification (PMP) and proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet/BlueBeam Revu.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security projects for new data centers and expansions.
• Provide lifecycle management including specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, and close-out docs.
• Manage contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Serve as SME for design and installation oversight.
• Provide weekly updates to the Security Program Manager and cross-team collaborators.
• Travel within 50 miles of the site as required.
