Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead data center construction in Abilene, TX. You will manage the project budget, schedule, and vendor compliance, coordinating with design teams and governing authorities onsite.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering and 5+ years of related experience, with strong capabilities in cost control and contract negotiations. This is an on-site role demanding rigorous project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience in capital projects.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead master project schedule development based on critical path.
• Create and manage master project budget with soft and hard costs.
• Coordinate design team activities supporting the client.
• Negotiate contracts and establish GC business terms.
• Lead cost/change control, budget tracking and cash flow projections.
• Oversee QA/QC, approvals, submittals, RFIs and invoices.
• Direct owner-direct vendors and OAC/project meetings.
• Support city/authority approvals and occupancy process.
