Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a Customer Care Lead – Data Center Order Success to serve as the SPOC for data center orders after sale. You will coordinate requirements, manufacturing status, logistics, and documentation to ensure accurate information and on-time delivery for OEMs, operators, and distributors.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical delivery, with strong ERP/CRM literacy and excellent communication, ownership, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the data center industry or mission-critical facility delivery.
• Experience in customer care, order management, procurement support, and manufacturing coordination.
• Strong knowledge of data center procurement cycles, site delivery constraints, and lead-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer care contact for IMI data center orders after the sale.
• Validate order requirements before release, including customer specifications, ship-to requirements, and documentation needs.
• Coordinate across sales, engineering, product management, manufacturing, logistics, quality and customer teams to keep orders moving.
• Track order progress through planning, production, testing, staging, shipment and post-delivery follow-up.
• Provide proactive customer updates before risks become escalations.
• Surface order risks early and close the loop with customers until issues are resolved.
