Job summary

You will ensure reliable installation, operation, and maintenance while interfacing with customers and vendors to uphold quality standards. Responsibilities include auditing work, coordinating with 3PP technicians, and guiding fiber installs, migrations, and remediation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations with direct customer interaction.
• Experience with optical testing and transport troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Audit work at data centers and provide feedback to technicians.
• Interact with customers and report updates clearly.
• Assist with fiber installation, decommissioning, migrations, and remediation.
• Conduct optical testing using OTDRs, power meters, light sources, VFLs.
• Interpret MoPs, diagrams, and cut sheets for proper port connections.
