Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of our partner, seeks a Data Center Operations Director based in the United States to lead large-scale hyperscale infrastructure programs across multi-site environments. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and profitability while mentoring cross-functional teams.

This senior role requires deep technical and commercial acumen, with accountability for timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is required; PgMP is preferred.
• Approximately 10–12 years of total professional experience, including 8–10 years in project management and 4–5 years in program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and operational management of large-scale and hyperscale data center infrastructure programs.
• Oversee end-to-end deployments including cabling, network, power, and Day 2 operations.
• Develop and maintain multi-year program roadmaps aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
• Provide leadership to project managers, field supervisors, and operations personnel across multiple programs.
• Establish governance frameworks, including RACI, communication plans, escalation procedures, and stakeholder management.
