Job summary

DSV New Albany seeks a Data Center Team Lead for C-Shift (Mon-Thu, 8:00pm–6:30am) to oversee loading, inventory, and server rack installation at the datacenter.

This role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and strict adherence to safety standards; expect hands-on work with live electrical equipment and a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical abilities are needed to meet production goals.
• Experience with computers and live electrical equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for spare parts on site.
• Install and service server racks and cabling, using hand and power tools.
• Operate material handling equipment and ensure safety and 5S standards.
