Job summary

T5 Data Centers in Georgia, Dalton is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead operations of data center infrastructure and to drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will build and mentor a team of technicians and managers, oversee power/cooling, and coordinate with multiple groups to ensure seamless transitions from construction to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5–7+ years in mission-critical environments.
• Minimum 5 years direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage all data center operations and maintenance for critical and noncritical infrastructure.
• Build a staff of qualified technicians and junior managers to deliver 100% uptime.
• Oversee power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions in data halls.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and fire protection issues while minimizing risk.
• Be On-call 24x7 for data center emergencies.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as point of contact for facility issues.
• On-board new sites with cross-team coordination to ensure smooth transitions from construction to operations.
• Develop site-level operating procedures and documentation; oversee preventive maintenance.
• Audit CMMS data for accuracy, generate reports on demand, and control access.
