We currently have an openingfor aPart Time Weekend Shift Data Center Operator located in our Data Center in Downtown Columbus, OH.This part-time position will work Saturday and Sunday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
The Data Center Operator will be part of a 24/7 team supporting the data center operations and will be responsible for monitoring and validating system alerts, following standard operating procedures and check lists. This is an entry-level position and would be a good learning experience for anyone pursuing an education or career in Information Technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Applicants must be proficient with MS Office Applications and have experience with a Service Desk or Trouble-Ticketing Software. Must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player.
