Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks an Engineering Technician (Data Center Operator) to support AEDC at Arnold AFB, TN. The role centers on operating data centers, managing data acquisition and storage, and ensuring data security.

This position is open to internal candidates only and requires US citizenship, ability to obtain DoD clearance, and readiness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 7 years of IT work experience.
• Security+ certification within 6 months.
• Must obtain and maintain DoD Secret level clearance and AEDC access.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for AEDC security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers and technicians in technical work within an assigned discipline.
• Operate data center equipment and manage data acquisition, processing and archival tasks.
• Maintain security custodian responsibilities for the data center and monitor access.
• Perform basic hardware tasks and update critical data center procedures.
• Assist in reviewing engineering change requests and obtain required approvals.
