Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and network equipment.
• Provide remote smart hands support for customer issues.
• Monitor power, cooling, and network alerts; perform routine maintenance.
• Escalate incidents to senior staff and manage ticket queue.
• Escort vendors and document equipment changes and maintenance activities.
