Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an OSC Technician for our Operations Support Center in Los Angeles. You will manage tickets, remote hands, and service requests while monitoring systems and devices across platforms under supervision. Shift is Tue-Sat, 7:30am–4:00pm PST.

The role emphasizes outage response, incident communications, and collaboration with field ops to maximize uptime. Requires 2 years in a technical role and comfort with fast-paced work environments.

Qualifications

• Familiar with telecommunications, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures.
• Knowledge of data center network concepts and service delivery protocols.
• Ability to document clearly and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Manage Trouble Tickets, Remote Hands Requests and Building Service Requests through resolution.
• Complete work order provisioning during shift as needed.
• Review maintenance requests and assess risk to customers from a global perspective.
• Notify customers, management and facility teams of alarms and service impacting events.
