Job summary

SpaceXAI Memphis is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor to oversee health and performance of server and network infrastructure across data centers and PoPs. You will lead a team of technicians, driving uptime, efficiency, and continuous improvement, with a focus on MTTD and MTTR.

You will implement SOPs, coordinate with engineering and provisioning, manage inventory and tickets in Jira, and provide on-call support for critical events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience with server, storage, compute, and network hardware.
• 5+ years troubleshooting servers and networking infrastructure.
• Proven leadership in a data center or technical operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure.
• Manage data center operations, including power supply cabling, fiber/optics labeling, and hardware decommissioning.
