Ensono is seeking a Technical Operations Manager in Morrisville, NC, to lead Mainframe and Distributed Data Center Operations in a 24/7, mission-critical environment. You will mentor Associates, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across global teams.

You will oversee ITIL-based processes, coordinate with clients, and shape technical strategy while maintaining strong security and governance standards. Benefits include competitive pay and flexible options.

Qualifications

10+ years in mainframe operations with leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven ability to lead 24/7 mission-critical operations.
Ability to work overnight/3rd shift as required.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Experience with distributed batch environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data center operators across Mainframe and Distributed ops.
Manage day-to-day delivery, SLA adherence, and incident response.
Drive continuous service improvement and governance.
Collaborate with customers and management in a global matrix.
Hire and develop talent across US/India teams.
