Ensono is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Architecture to lead complex mainframe design and delivery for existing clients and new opportunities. Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical roles with leadership in architecture or senior technical roles
• 5+ years hands-on experience with mainframe platforms (z/OS, CICS, IMS, DB2)
• 5+ years external client-facing experience with complex stakeholder management
• 5+ years experience with change management and enterprise solution governance
• 6+ years at Ensono or equivalent mainframe MSP/Systems Integrator exposure
• Proven expertise in mainframe modernization, cloud-to-mainframe integration, or hybrid architectures
• Strong knowledge of Ensono Delivery Methodology and mainframe service offerings
• Ability to lead scoping, estimation, and pre-sales activities with estimation tools

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee cross-solution impact assessments for mainframe solutions
• Ensure overall solution integrity on large mainframe environments
• Provide technical direction to other Solution Architects on mainframe choices
• Engage proactively with client stakeholders to propose mainframe options
• Gather requirements and translate them into mainframe flows and data models
• Maintain a roadmap for client mainframe solutions and estimate projects
• Monitor progress against SLAs and mitigate risks
• Maintain expertise in Ensono mainframe products and industry trends
• Mentor junior architects and share best practices
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration
