Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities or production facilities experience.
• 4+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data center technicians, including onboarding new hires and providing performance feedback.
• Manage daily facility operations by auditing work queues, monitoring SLA adherence, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize and assign work across routine operations, capacity projects, and emergency response with real-time trade-offs.
• Identify improvements to tools, processes, and procedures to raise quality and reduce risk with cross-functional collaboration.
• Attract, hire, and retain talent while maintaining an inclusive team environment aligned with the mission.
