Job summary

You will supervise, mentor, and develop staff, coordinate daily activities, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with standards and SLAs. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated operations team, conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily maintenance, PMs, and repairs, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Manage client relationships and communicate critical issues to senior management.
• Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions with compliance.
• Ensure pristine data hall conditions and maintain thorough deployment documentation.
• Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Uphold CBRE's RISE values in daily leadership.
