Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Data Center Lead in Las Vegas, NV to oversee daily operations and lead a technical team in a high‑availability data center environment. The role requires coordinating with Data Center Managers, managing critical tasks, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT/networking in data centers, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and experience with Colocation/Managed Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with IT and networking systems in a Data Center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with dynamic Colocation and Managed Services environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data center operations and run the business tasks to meet SLAs.
• Lead a team of technicians; provide onboarding and hands-on training.
• Coordinate with Data Center Managers and triage tasks; manage ticketing in ServiceNow.
• Conduct daily huddles and monitor performance to ensure timely, quality service.
• Provide guidance on power-up and rack & stack of servers and network equipment.
