Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager - Critical Infrastructure to own performance, reliability and operational excellence of data center facilities. The role focuses on steady-state operations, incident management and long-term site performance, with involvement in commissioning and new site readiness as needed.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of data center or mission-critical facilities operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of critical infrastructure systems (electrical distribution, cooling, safety).
• Experience operating in high-availability environments with uptime requirements.
• Familiarity with SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs; vendor management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, chillers).
• Ensure high availability and uptime of critical systems.
• Lead incident response for facility-related events and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance via BMS/DCIM and drive reliability improvements.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs and manage third-party vendors.
