Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center ops or mission-critical environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, network, power and cooling.
• Experience leading technical teams in a 24/7 setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote adherence to safety procedures around electrical, mechanical, and liquid-cooled infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation, asset records, change-control procedures, SOPs/MOPs, and reporting.
• Manage technician priorities, tickets, maintenance activities, and shift handoffs.
• Coordinate on-site activities across engineering, networking, facilities, vendors, and logistics.
• Lead incident response, root-cause investigations, and escalation for critical issues.
• Monitor power, cooling, temperature, humidity, and hardware health.
• Coordinate CDU and liquid-cooling responses, leaks, and flow/pressure issues.
• Support CDU installations, cooling loops, manifolds, hoses, and monitoring systems.
• Oversee rack deployment, cabling, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
• Serve as on-site escalation point and provide technical direction.
