• Streamline Processes: Handle hardware lifecycles, incident resolution, and inventory management with precise procedures.
• Connect Key Players: Coordinate between technicians, AI specialists, and external vendors to integrate new tech.
• Drive Sustainable Solutions: Champion energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives.
• Measure Success: Track uptime, power efficiency, and issue resolution times with data-driven decisions.
• Handle Emergencies: Lead the team through urgent situations with clear direction.
• Optimize Operations: Refine processes and ticket workflows in Jira to stay scalable.
• Support Expansion: Standardize best practices across sites as the organization grows.
